Haven Court Apartments is a newly constructed 129-unit residential project located in the Mott Haven section of the Bronx. Twenty-five units in the 30% and 50% AMI tiers are set aside for seniors aged 62 and older. Both buildings are situated within Bronx Community Board #1 and are accessible by public transportation, including the 2, 4, and 5 subway lines (local and express), as well as the BX2, BX4, BX21, and BX32 bus routes.

Rent includes heating and hot water. Residents are responsible for electricity, including use of the electric stove.
