The Everly offers 171 newly constructed units in Fort Greene, Brooklyn. Located in a vibrant neighborhood, residents have easy access to shops and restaurants.

Pets are permitted, with a limit of one dog or cat per unit and a maximum weight of 50 pounds per pet. No refundable pet deposit is required.

Some amenities may currently be under construction and will become available at a later date. Amenities are available for $150 per month. For 80% AMI units, access to the fitness center is available for $85 per month.

Leasing incentives include one month free on a 24-month lease, 50% off the security deposit, and a moving bonus as a rent credit for initial leases only: $500 for studios, $750 for one-bedroom units, and $1000 for two-bedroom units.

Residents are responsible for electricity. Gas for cooking, heat, and hot water are included in the rent.
