Individuals or households with at least one member who is 62 years of age or older and who meet the income and household size requirements may apply. Applicants must qualify for Section 8 and will pay 30% of their adjusted gross income. Household size is subject to the NYCHA PBV program’s occupancy standard.

The development includes two dedicated floors for enhanced care, where apartments share a common lounge and terrace. On-site caregivers provide supervision, reminders, assistance, activities, and meal preparation. Building staff assist residents in obtaining and maintaining medical and mental healthcare and counseling, managing finances, and paying rent. Tenants are responsible for electricity, including the electric stove.
