Six buildings totaling 56 units are being rehabilitated through Low-Income Housing Tax Credits and the TPT Program from the New York City Department of Housing Preservation and Development. 38 units in this project are for existing tenants. 8 units in this project are set aside for formerly homeless individuals who are referred by city agencies. The ten units listed in this notice are only those made available to the general public. Tenant may have two (2) pets. Dogs must be 35 pounds or less, Cats are also allowed. Aquariums of more than 20 gallons are not permitted. Income guidelines are subject to change. Tenants are responsible for electric, cooling and stove. Rent includes heat and hot water.
