Six buildings, totaling 56 units, are being rehabilitated through Low-Income Housing Tax Credits and the TPT Program from the New York City Department of Housing Preservation and Development. Of these, 38 units are designated for existing tenants, and 8 units are set aside for formerly homeless individuals referred by city agencies. The ten units listed in this notice are available to the general public.

Pet Policy

Tenants may have up to two pets. Dogs must be 35 pounds or less, and cats are also allowed. Aquariums larger than 20 gallons are not permitted.

Utilities

Tenants are responsible for electric, cooling, and stove. Rent includes heat and hot water.
