Atlantic Chestnut Phase 2

Atlantic Chestnut Phase 2 is the second phase of a multi-building development located in the Brooklyn Community Board 5 neighborhood in the East New York section of Brooklyn. This phase offers 369 lottery units, each featuring brand new appliances, including dishwashers, built-in microwaves, and in-unit air conditioning.

The building includes a landscaped courtyard and a roof deck above the eighth floor, which will feature gardening beds, natural habitats, and sweeping views of the surrounding area. Additional features include a 24/7 attended lobby, package room, children’s playroom, exercise room, bicycle storage, and laundry facilities.

The neighborhood is served by a retail corridor with a variety of small neighborhood stores. The B13 bus line runs near the development and provides direct access to the Gateway Center, which offers a wide range of shopping options. A grocery store on-site is planned for later phases.
