Actual rent may vary based on lease terms. For leases commencing on or after October 1, 2024, and on or before September 30, 2025, there is a 2.75% increase for one-year leases and a 5.25% increase for two-year leases. If approved, applicants will be offered both rent amounts and lease options to choose from.

Tenants are responsible for electricity, including electric stove and heat. Hot water is included with the rent.
