The building has 24-hour surveillance and will have a live in Superintendent. At no additional cost, the units include new energy efficient appliances such as electric stove and microwave. On-site Card & App Operated Laundry Room. Tenant Bike storage and limited parking spaces available on a first-come first-serve basis ( additional fees apply). The tenant is responsible for electricity, which includes electric cooking, and cooling. Heat is paid by Landlord.
